Melt 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp olive oil in a saute pan.
Add 1/2 a carton finely chopped mushrooms (I like baby bellas).
Saute for a minute over medium heat, then add 2 cloves minced garlic, dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Saute a minute more.
*For babies with no/few teeth like my baby W, make sure the mushrooms are chopped very small as they can be a choking hazard. Also make sure that they are well cooled before serving. As the mushrooms absorb the butter and oil, they will hold heat for a while.
